APC wins all seats in Rivers's council elections

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has won all the seats in Saturday’s council elections in Rivers State, reports Vanguard.

The party won in the 22 local government areas where elections were conducted.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) boycotted the elections and the elections were marred by low turnout of voters.
